Roseville Soccer Club Refund Request 2024 
Requests for refunds must be made by submitting this form.  The time stamp on your submission will determine the date of the request.  Most refunds will be processed as an electronic credit to your original form of payment.  If that is not possible, checks will be mailed to the mailing address on file with the registration.

NOTE: if requesting refunds for multiple children, please submit separate forms for each child.

For the Fall 2024 Recreational Season
-Full Refunds of the registration fee are available for any reason submitted no later than July 14th.
-Partial Refunds of 50% of the registration fee for requests made between July 15th and Labor Day.
-No Refunds are provided after the first game unless for medical reasons or approved by the Board of Directors
