The Food Truck Popup @ the Pavilion is produced by Discover St. Johnsbury to bring delicious food and fun to a rapidly developing area of the downtown during the summer. Events will take place twice a month on the second & fourth Tuesdays of
June 11 & 25,
July 9 & 23, and
August 13 & 27 from 4:30pm - 7:30pm at the Trailhead Pavilion at 195 Bay Street (severe weather location: Welcome Center). Last year, attendance averaged between 200 - 350 per event.
Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate a maximum of 7 vendors per event. Selection is at the discretion of Discover St. Johnsbury, and will be based on a desire to provide a variety of cuisines for each event.
Please fill out this form with your preferred dates, and expect notification to confirm your spot by early March. You'll receive a copy of your responses for your records. Upon confirmation, you'll be required to submit a vendor agreement, Vermont Department of Health licenses, a certificate of insurance, and a $50 registration fee for each event date. (Please reach out if any of the above are a barrier to participation.)
We will coordinate live music and fun activities during each event, and will provide event marketing, porta potties, picnic tables, and other amenities. Contact
