Withdrawal Reminders
You may stop your lessons at any time. By cancelling, your child(ren) will be removed from our program.
A withdrawal form is required and must be submitted online through our website to be removed and stop automatic payments.
Accounts are charged on the 15th of every month for the next month.
To avoid being charged for the next month, you must submit your withdrawal request prior to the 15th of the previous month.
One form needs to be submitted for each child you are wishing to withdrawal.
