Topic:  Safety Training for HR Professionals
A summary of safety and environmental topics for HR professionals. Many times, business management will put the HR professional in charge of safety and environmental compliance. We’ll cover some of the basics and let the audience ask questions that are relevant to them. You will get some great resources to make compliance simpler. This event is approved for SHRM & HRCI credit

Presenter: BraKramerd  is a safety and environmental consultant for Provenio Consulting. He has been a safety and environmental professional for companies like Kerry, Tandem Products, USI and CHS Insurance, Grede Foundries, and Cargill, and is also a firefighter, emergency medical responder (EMR), and fire instructor. Brad enjoys helping his wife, Lindsay, manage her massage and wellness studio, spending time with their family, including a granddaughter and soon a grandson, and spending time on the lake in the summer. His favorite part about being a consultant is helping businesses have better safety and environmental processes that are easier to use, helps them do the right thing and protect their people and community, and leverage what they do to reduce risk and improve their position in the marketplace and as employers of choice.
