Please answer the following questions by then to ensure your submission will be reviewed by our media team. A maximum of two passes will be allowed per outlet. If more are required please contact our Director of Media Daniel “Smurf” Sharner and It will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Everyone who applies will be notified by mid-August on the status of their application. The media room will be available to all approved outlets to stage or store gear, schedule, and sign up to conduct interviews with guests. Guests will have a prearranged time set aside for interviews that will be made available upon check in.
