A 4-year-old girl presented with multiple pruritic tense bullae on her neck, axillae, trunk, extremities, and genitalia for the previous three months. New annular bullae arose at the peripheries of the old lesion on her arms. Additionally, an asymptomatic ulcer was found in her oral cavity. The patient had no history of medication use or known allergy to any medications.  The girl was systemically well and her developmental milestones are appropriate.
