ASSESSMENT OF THE E-GOVERNMENT SERVICE QUALITY IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON

I am Nissan T. Aviñante, a fourth-year student of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Central Mindanao University. Currently, I am in process of doing my Undergraduate Thesis entitled "ASSESSMENT OF THE E-GOVERNMENT SERVICE QUALITY IN THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF MALAYBALAY CITY, BUKIDNON". This study refers to the quality of service of the government that are available online using web portals, URL, sites, and social media platforms.

Further, this study main objectives is to assess the e-government service quality in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon; through the lens of the citizens, business owners and entrepreneurs, and government agency offices (Heads and personnel) of the city government focusing on the e-government service quality.
