Autism Awareness Month - Parent Workshop
April is National Autism Awareness Month.

As part of our Autism Awareness programme of activities, we are hosting a workshop for parents and staff next Wednesday 3rd April at 2.20pm.   This workshop will be run by Beechpark services - an Autism Support Service run by the HSE.

The focus of the workshop will be:
- Functions of behaviour: Why is my child behaving this way? What are they trying to tell me?
- Promoting independence: How can I help my child to become more independent with every day activities, e.g. putting on their coat, putting on their shoes, using the toilet, etc?

All parents and staff in the school are welcome to attend this workshop.

Please let me know if you are going to attend by filling the form below.

Thanks,

Cróna
