Dear Markham Chinese Baptist Church Family and Friends,
 
As many of you are probably aware, on June 12 the Government of Ontario permitted places of worship to reopen their buildings at 30% capacity and practice social distancing for worship services.

As such, Markham Chinese Baptist Church is in the planning stages for the reopening of our building. We want to work in a timely fashion to create a worship experience that protects the health and safety of all of our congregants. We also want to know what our congregants feel about the reopening process.

To this end, we greatly desire your feedback in filling out the following survey. Your answers will provide the staff and elders at Markham Chinese Baptist Church with valuable information to guide us in our church reopening plans. Your answers will be anonymous.

Please note that MCBC re-opening service may have some limitations and restrictions
a. Church can only open up for 30% capacity
b. You need to register on-site service in advance.
c. You need to wear mask to attend on-site service.
d. There is no Chit-Chat time.
e. There is no Sunday School.
f. There are no children and youth program
