Please share your contact information below if you are interested in sponsoring a mom's self care wish list this Christmas.  You do not have to fulfill the entire wish list.  We are asking moms to spend no less than $100 and no more than $200.  Complete the form below and you will be "matched" with a mom who is currently living at the Connections for Abused Women And Their Children domestic abuse shelter.   Your mom's wish list will be shared no later than December 1st.   Identities of the moms will remain strictly confidential for the safety of the mom and their children.
