As a member business of The Junction BIA, we are delighted to have you join us at The Junction 9th Annual Summer Solstice Festival on Saturday, June 20 from 11 AM to 10 PM. With an anticipated attendance of over 15,000 patrons, it's going to be bigger than ever! Live music, an art market, food, craft, street performers + lots of fun for everyone! Celebrating the longest day of the year and the kick-off to summer, this year’s theme is a 60's retro-inspired psychedelic pop-art street party! Think Peace, Love, and Flower Power! :)
We hope that all member businesses will participate on the street in order to get the maximum benefit from the event.
SPACE ALLOCATION: As a BIA member business, you will be given a COMPLIMENTARY 10x10-ft BOOTH SPACE on the main street OR a nearby side street at NO COST TO YOU! Just bring along your own tent, tables & chairs.
ADDITIONAL SPACE: Additional space on the street (over the complimentary 10x10-ft space) is available to members at a rate of $275 per space.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: Sunday, March 15, 2020
EXTENDED PREMISES: Members within the road closure may wish to extend their licensed premises onto the sidewalk and into the first lane of the street. See BIA website for more info.
FOOD PERMIT: Members cooking or preparing food outside of their permitted food kitchen will be required to submit a Toronto Public Health application to
operations@torontojunction.ca.
PRIZE FOR BEST EFFORT: Once again, the BEST EFFORT IN BOOTH DESIGN by a member business will be awarded a 4x6-ft ad space in our TTC bus shelter at Keele/Dundas. Value: $3,500! Daily exposure: 31,266 people. Don't forget to incorporate our 60s Theme!
