Course Details:
The Gyrotonic Level 1 Foundation Course is a 12-day, 60-hour course covering exercises, hands-on cues and layering of concepts for the Gyrotonic Level 1 curriculum. The course meets for 6 days, takes one day off and resumes for another six days.

Dates: July 7 - July 19, 2024 (day off on Saturday, 7/13)

Prerequisite: Current Gyrotonic Pretraining (please note - students MUST have access to a pulley tower to complete their apprenticeship hours after this course)
