Waiver: Participation is allowed only for those that have filled the waiver fully and properly. If you have not done so, please visit the link above to complete this requirement. As a reminder, the waiver is not the signup and is a separate form to the one you see here.
Level of play: This is an open gym is for Intermediate and Advanced players, if you are a new or newer player, for the safety of our other players, please refrain from participating. Again, this is an open gym and not meant to be a clinic or class for beginners. If you are unsure on what intermediate is considered - please ask organizers. Beginner session plays from 7-9 PM on Sundays - players ARE NOT currently able to attend both sessions.
Cost: $5 due at entry - please bring cash or show Venmo receipt (pay to renewchurchoc1)
Punctuality: Please be on time and respect the time of other players at this open gym. Starting at 4:20, slots will be given to people waiting who showed up on time. We cannot hold onto your spot nor can we promise you can play if you show up later than 4:20. Ex: if 5 people are waiting at 4:20 - we will continue signing people in but the last 5 of the people signed up forfeit their slots by being late.
Waitlist: You are not allowed to sign up and give your spot to a specific person if you are unable to attend OR sign up on behalf of someone - slots will be given sequentially to people on the waitlist. Email renewchurchvolleyball@gmail.com to request to be added to waitlist or if you are unable to make it Sunday. You will be notified if you have been added to the waitlist or moved off the waitlist into the playing group
Sportsmanship: As this is a sports MINISTRY, please refrain from using foul language and maintain positive attitudes and respect for all players, coordinators and spectators in the gym.
By signing up, you agree to abide by these policies and rules. Coordinators reserve the right to turn away individuals who do not abide by these policies or refuse to cooperate or present a safety risk to other participants.
