SciAccess 2024 Call for Speakers
WHAT: Announcing the Call for Speakers for the SciAccess 2024 Conference!

WHEN: SciAccess 2024 is a two day conference taking place on May 10–11th.

Thanks to community interest, we have reopened our speaker applications. Submissions for a limited number of spots will be reviewed on a rolling basis until April 9 at 11:59 PM ET.

WHERE: This will be a virtual conference hosted on Zoom.

WHY: This interdisciplinary, international conference is dedicated to exploring the ways in which science and STEM as a whole can be made more accessible, particularly for individuals with disabilities. SciAccess aims to address societal and educational barriers to science faced by disabled communities.

WHO: The conference’s objective is to bring together students, educators, professionals, researchers, and members of the public who are interested in sharing best practices for equitable access to STEM. If you would like to share your experience, expertise, ideas, or work in science accessibility, then we encourage you to apply!

If you would like to co-present your session with one or more people, you only need to submit one application for the entire group. On this form you may list up to 3 co-presenters.

There are two available session lengths: 10 minutes (with a 5 minute Q&A) or 20 minutes (with a 10 minute Q&A).

If you experience any technical or accessibility issues or have any questions, please contact us at info@sciaccess.org.
