CGAA Lacrosse Coach or Manager Interest Form
Use this form to indicate your interest in serving as a Cottage Grove Youth Lacrosse coach or manager.  For each team we aim to have one head coach, one assistant coach, at least one parent coach, and a team manager. Once submitted you will be contacted with additional information regarding selected position(s).
