鑑於2019-2020年度期間，大部分女童軍活動未能如常進行，管理委員會於2020年4月22日及8月26日通過，同意為原定需於2019年6月1日至2021年12月31日期間完成榮譽小棕仙獎章、紫燕榮譽女童軍獎章、香港總監榮譽女童軍獎章及深資女童軍榮譽獎章要求的會員作出特別安排。

於2019年6月1日至2020年12月31日期間年滿期限的會員，將不需提出申請而獲批准延至2021年12月31日或之前完成獎章要求：而於2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日期間年滿期限的會員，將不需提出申請而獲批准延至2022年12月31日或之前完成獎章要求。申請人必須於完成獎章後三個月內遞交獎章申請表及紀錄簿至程序部，以辦理有關手續，逾期將不予受理。

為統計符合資格並有意完成獎章的會員人數，同時了解會員尚欠章項情況，總會現邀請符合以上條件的會員填寫此網上表格。如學校隊伍未能協助已畢業或將會畢業之會員完成獎章要求，總會將安排有關個案轉交至相關總監/領袖協助跟進。

Due to the suspension for most of the activities during the Guiding Year of 2019-2020, the Management Committee on 22 April 2020 and 26 August 2020 has approved the following special arrangement for  members who supposed to complete the requirements for the Super Brownie Award, Lady Jane’s Guide Award, Chief Commissioner’s Guide Award and Ranger Bauhinia Badge Award with the original deadline between 1 June 2019 and 31 December 2021.

For members whose age limit is within 1 June 2019 to 31 December 2020 , they have been automatically approved to carry on and complete the award requirements by 31 December 2021 without making any application for extension to the Headquarters.  For members whose age limit is within 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 , they have been automatically approved to carry on and complete the award requirements by 31 December 2022 without making any application for extension to the Headquarters.  They are required to submit the award application and logbook to Programme Office within 3 months after completed all the requirements. Late applications would not be handled.

In order to count for the number of members who would carry on for the award under the above condition, as well as to collect the information on the badges that members are still working on, applicable members are invited to complete this Online Form.  Please note that if the School Units would no longer be able to take care the graduates of their Units, the concerned cases would be handled and assisted by Commissioner / Guiders via Office.
