Expression of Interest MYRP Grantee (Ukraine)
Welcome!

This form is to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to apply as Multi-Year Resilience Program grantee. Submission starts on March 7, 2023 and closes on March 15, 2023 at 7pm (EET). EOI should be submitted in ENG.

Expression of Interest is the first stage of MYRP grantee selection process. Its main goal is to determine the eligibility of organisation to act as grantee, meaning to receive ECW funds directly, manage implementing partners or provide financial reporting. It implies that any organisation proposing to receive money directly from ECW must submit this EOI. Shortlisted organisations will be invited to submit full grant applications. Full grant application stage, in contrast, will concentrate on program approaches of organizations or consortia and their capacity to effectively deliver MYRP, its outputs and outcomes stipulated in the Theory of Change

On the stage of EOI, organization might indicate that it is going to submit full application as a part of consortia and provide information, which organizations are planned to be in the consortia as well as which parts of Theory of Change will be covered by these organizations. Information provided on other organizations should be as brief as possible.

Note, that those organisations who have not been micro-assessed in Ukraine yet but ultimately selected as grantees will be additionally closely reviewed by Selection Committee and ECW after EOI submission to check their status in Ukraine, and depending on results of the review, proposed to be micro-assessed. Such organisations will have a status of selected as grantee, pending the successful outcome of the micro-assessment.

Please, read carefully questions and explanations in the beginning of each block before to start providing response. Points will highly depend on how close organization meets the requirements stipulated in questions tab.
