Objectives of Listen project are:
To start to listen and build connections with ourselves, listening to our minds, bodies, emotions and spirits; recognizing our strength, dreams and values and how they can be used in our daily life, including our work with youth.
To start to listen and build connections with another person, developing skills of mindfulness, empathy and deep listening, recognizing emotions of other people, learning how to use coaching and non-violent communication in an effective way.
To start to listen and build connection with our community, recognizing its needs and planning social projects based on listening and empathy with a use of Design Thinking methodology.
To start to listen and build connection with nature, recognizing that we are all part of it, getting to know a permaculture concept which unites all kinds of listening.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION *

I commit to actively participate in the whole process of the "Listen" project, including: 1. preparing myself carefully for the project mobility and to do all preparation work the team will ask for, 2. taking part in the full duration of the event (mandatory condition for the reimbursement of travel costs and eligibility to be a participant) 3. participating in the whole evaluation process and to give a short report on the follow-up actions, impact, dissemination etc. 4. I am aware of conditions of being selected to participate in this training course and the requirements to receive the travel costs reimbursement that include: full participation in the program of the training course, organising a follow up initiative with a brief report on it within two months after the Training Course. All the original invoices, tickets, receipts and boarding passes, as well as complete online participants' report form for the European Commission are also required. 5. I am aware that obtaining a health, accident, liability and travel insurance are my own responsibility and at my own expenses. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health. 6. I understand that I will share a room with several persons. 7. I understand that the programme will be intensive and that there will only be very little free time. 8. I consent to the use of my personal details (in compliance with the GDPR), photos and videos of me (taken in the frame of the project) to be processed and published for purposes of administration and dissemination in the frame of this project and related follow-up projects only. 9.
