GUIDELINES FOR OVERALL ENTRY

Newspaper/Newsmagazine – PDFs of one or two issues
Online News Site – URL
Broadcast News – One or two newscasts (URL)
Radio/Podcast – One or two programs (URL)
Literary Magazine – PDF of one magazine
Yearbook – PDFs of required spreads (see instructions doc)

NOTE for 2023: NCSMA will not be accepting contest materials in the mail. All materials must be shared with ncsmacontests@gmail.com. Newspaper, literary magazine and yearbook staffs may also ship a copy of their publication for showcase at the summer Institute.

This form must only be submitted once per publication for 2023 contests.

Any adviser or editor who wishes to do so may submit a letter to judges detailing special circumstances or explanations. Share a PDF of the letter along with contest materials to ncsmacontests@gmail.com.
