Mindfulness Mondays with Mahip
Location: In person, under the fig tree next to the Lagoon (Formally known as the Faculty Lawn)
Co-Leaders: Mahip Rathore, M.A.

This is an in-person meditation workshop that will be offered for 3 weeks from 3 PM to 4 PM on Mondays; April 11, 18, and 25 during the Spring quarter. You can register in advance or drop in on the site to join us. Bring your own yoga mat or towel to sit. Group structure: Sitting meditation, walking meditation, followed by Q&A.
