Lustrum Passe-partout
Via dit formulier koop je je Passe-Partout voor het lustrum van SVU Volleybal van 29 mei 2020 tot en met 5 juni 2020.  De kosten voor een Passe-partout  bedragen €97,50. Indien je een Passe-Partout aanschaft, dient dit bedrag voor 30 april 2020 overgemaakt te zijn naar SVU Volleybal via NL12 INGB 0004 4038 95  t.n.v. SVU Volleybal. Vermeld in de omschrijving "SVU Lustrum Passe-Partout" en je voor- en achternaam.  

Let op! De reguliere Passe-Partouts zijn verkrijgbaar tot en met 30 april zolang de voorraad strekt.

With this form you can buy your Lustrum Passe-Partout for the lustrum of SVU Volleybal from the 29th of May untill the 5th of June 2020. The costs for an Earlybird Passe-Partout are €97,50. When you purchase a Passe-Partout, you are asked to transfer the money before the 29th of February 2020 to SVU Volleybal via NL12 INGB 0004 4038 95 t.n.v. SVU Volleybal. Please write in the description "SVU Lustrum Passe-Partout" and add your first and last name.

Attention! The regular Passe-Partouts are being sold untill the 30th of April. There is a limited amount of tickets.
