Summer Learning Camp Student Interest Survey
The Sevier County School System will be offering FREE summer camps beginning in the summer of 2021 for rising 1st-8th graders. These camps will provide opportunities for students to improve and advance their reading and mathematical skills and address learning loss.

It is important for planning purposes that we gauge parents' interest in having their child attend a summer program and identify what type of programs they would like to see offered.  If you have an interest in your child attending a summer camp, please complete the questions below.

Completion of this survey is for planning purposes only and does not indicate a commitment to attend or guarantee enrollment in summer programming. You should complete this form for each child you are considering sending to a summer camp.

Survey information will be collected until 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 1.
