You will gain experience in human rights advocacy, non-profit management and programming experience by supporting Women Africa personnel in various departments, ranging from online social media advocacy, office administration, communications, programs, data entry, organization of materials, filing, maintaining office hours, organizing outreach and programs, research, presentations, recording meeting minutes, report writing, bookkeeping, attending multi-disciplinary meetings, attending multi-disciplinary case reviews and a variety of dynamic office tasks.
Volunteers and Members will be expected to participate for at least 2 hours a day, and three times a week and during the period they will also be expected to maintain a consistent weekly schedule convenient to them.

The Virtual Internship/Volunteer can join in our social media marketing, writing funding proposals, developing crowdfunding campaigns, and more. The full-time internship is for individuals available to resume in person at Women Africa's Head Office in Kubwa, Abuja, Nigeria. The in-person internship is foreseen for a period of 3 to 6 months. Interested persons should be available for at least 3 months in person and be able to resume at the office.
Requirements:
• Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years of age.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Creative thinking and social media skills.
• Have excellent research and presentation skills.

• Must be honest, hardworking, and reliable.
