There are many unknowns due to COVID-19. The purpose of this form is for the league to get an idea regarding interest in the possible upcoming 2021 season. NOTE, this is NOT a registration form and there is NO payment at this time. Should a 2021 season come to fruition we will communicate active registration links via email and our website.
