Surry Wildfire Risk Assessment
The Surry Fire Department and Maine Forest Service are partnering on a Community Wildfire Risk Assessment project on June 22nd, 2023 in Surry. The information gathered will help better plan for and fund future projects for fire protection. 

These assessments are free and only for homes within the area known as the wildland urban interface (where the homes intermix with forested areas). They are designed to be completed without invading the privacy of the homeowner and do not require you to be at home. The completed assessment forms do not list the name or specific address of the homeowner. 

A random sample of homes in Surry will be included in the project. If you do NOT want your property to be included, please complete this form.
