Guest Educator Program - Volunteer Form
Please fill out the form below if you are a State of Oklahoma employee interested in volunteering as a substitute teacher for Sapulpa Public Schools under Governor Kevin Stitt's Guest Educator Program. The program is part of an executive order to help staff classrooms with substitutes and maintain critical in-person learning during a high level of absences due to COVID-19 and other illnesses. We will contact you regarding next steps to joining the program for Sapulpa Public Schools. Thank you for your interest in ensuring our classrooms are covered so we can continue classroom learning.
