This form is the registration for the Rapé & Sananga Ceremony on the 4th of August at the White Sage - Divadelní 322/24, 110 00 Staré Město, Prague.
You are welcome to arrive around 18:30 for reception and registration. We will start the Ceremony at 19:00 and finish around 22:00.
Suggested donation 800 CZK+
If you wish to participate in this event, please leave your name, e-mail and phone number for the registration. All the money for the donations will be collected on the day of the event in cash.
If you wish to buy some of the Handcrafts and amazonian medicines we will be exposing, make sure to bring extra money.
