Parents,

This year WE WILL have the “Lakeview Littles” program. The Littles program is for any four- or five-year-old child that will be attending kindergarten at Lakeview Elementary during the 2021-2022 school year. The program is meant to provide incoming kindergartners with an opportunity to be a part of the school prior to entrance. Under normal circumstances, your child would have engaged in story time in the library and visited each specials class to participate in a lesson. HOWEVER, because we are currently not allowed to have guests on campus, we will START Littles VIRTUALLY. I will read them stories through a ZOOM meeting once a month and do a short activity. Hopefully by the spring, we can continue with campus visits. If not, the specials teachers will also plan something fun through ZOOM. Your child will STILL be able to check-out a book from the library. I will show parents how to search for a book through our catalog TO PICK UP CURBSIDE from me.
