Educator Assistance

Please use this form if you are an educator or a person who works with the students in the Franklin County. We will contact you with next steps as soon as possible.

All projects need to have permissions granted for release of information. Please fill out this form before purchasing any items.

We offer reimbursable grants and purchasing items directly for educators.

You can make purchases for your project, then submit receipts by email, school mail, or snail mail using this form. We then send you a check as quickly as possible. You may submit receipts for reimbursement as soon as you make a purchase, or you may wait until you are ready to submit your report and send both receipts and report at the same time. A report and photographs must be returned in order for you to be eligible for future grants.

You can use this form to request specific items that you may need. If approved, the item is ordered and shipped directly to you.
