UCI does not have an entry fee. The contest will have the following procedure for complimentary passes as this is a fundraiser for our band program. 

We will include one pass for every 8 students in the band. If more passes are needed, you may purchase up to twice this amount for $5.00 a pass. We will round up if required. 
(Example: 52 total members = 7 complimentary passes, you may purchase up to 7 passes for a total of 14 total passes.) 

All directors and staff listed on this form will receive a name badge and will not need a pass. You may pay cash or bring a check made out to UCHS Band on the day of the event at the Check-In Tent to buy extra passes.

In consideration of being accepted as a participating band, we hereby irrevocably grant the UC Bands and their respective agents or designees, the right to use in any media our name, photographic prints and any reproduction of ourselves, our student performers and others participating with us while attending the UCI event, for any purpose including promotion, advertising or otherwise. We certify that the band enrollment indicated on this application is correct.
