We run on a Membership Basis with our Class Enrollment! It is a $35 registration fee to sign up, and a $104 monthly membership for one class per week! 
I agree to pay the $35 reigstration fee and the monthly membership of $104, drafted each month on the date that I registered (i.e. if you register on March 5th, your monthly draft will be on the 5th).  *
I understand that if I ever need to unenroll for any reason, The Little Gym requires a written (text or email) cancellation request to be submitted by 5 days prior to my next draft, otherwise my card will be charged, and my spot will be reserved in class for the next month. I understand that if I cannot attend a class, The Little Gym will provide my child with a makeup class, provided that I give notice prior to the class through text (704-741-0760).
