RV Location Waiver Request (Intake)

The EMHA Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the 2019 Architectural Guidelines establish acceptable locations on properties for the storage of recreational vehicles (RV). If your RV location does not comply, please request a waiver from the Architectural Review Board for your proposed location.

The intake form provides for temporary (effective for 6 months or less) and permanent waiver requests.

The ARB will respond in no more than 30 days after receiving a complete request.

Note. Please Email or mail a sketch or site plan with your proposed RV location with dimensions depicted to the nearest property line and nearest building at which located.
