AZLA 2020 SESSION PROPOSAL FORM
June 1st, 2021 - Session Proposal DEADLINE

• 45-minute sessions will be delivered via Zoom in the afternoon on Saturday, September 25th, 2021.  
•      Presenter(s) need to be comfortable presenting virtually and be in charge of technological aspects of using Zoom.
•      Presentations should be 30 minutes of content with 15 minutes of interaction.
• Receipt of proposals will be acknowledged via e-mail. In early July, acceptance/rejection notification will be sent.

July 31st, 2021 - Presenters' Registration & Conference Payment Deadline

• All conference participants must pay conference registration fees, including presenters and co-presenters.
• Registered exhibitors may present at no additional fee, but must submit the PRESENTER’S REGISTRATION FORM.
• Due to scheduling considerations, presenters’ names will NOT appear in the program if fees are not paid by the July 31st PRESENTERS’ registration deadline.
