AZLA 2020 SESSION PROPOSAL FORM
June 1st, 2021 - Session Proposal DEADLINE

45-minute sessions will be delivered via Zoom in the afternoon on Saturday, September 25th, 2021.  
•      Presenter(s) need to be comfortable presenting virtually and be in charge of technological aspects of using Zoom.
•      Presentations should be 30 minutes of content with 15 minutes of interaction.
Receipt of proposals will be acknowledged via e-mail. In early July, acceptance/rejection notification will be sent.

July 31st, 2021 - Presenters' Registration & Conference Payment Deadline

All conference participants must pay conference registration fees, including presenters and co-presenters.
Registered exhibitors may present at no additional fee, but must submit the PRESENTER’S REGISTRATION FORM.
Due to scheduling considerations, presenters’ names will NOT appear in the program if fees are not paid by the July 31st PRESENTERS’ registration deadline.
