In order to order breakfast for your elementary school student, please complete and submit the form by Wednesday at 5 pm for the following week.  Please complete a separate order form for each child (siblings cannot be done on the same order form).

WW-P follows the “Offer versus Serve” program for school meals. Families may select an entrée (grain), fruit, fruit juice and milk choices for each day breakfast is ordered.  Families MUST choose three (3) items with one being a fruit or fruit juice to count as a meal.  If no fruit or fruit juice is selected or less than 3 items are selected, the selections DO NOT qualify as a meal, therefore the items will be charged as “a la carte items” (a la carte items are not part of the free/reduced meal program). Please list any food allergies/dietary restrictions your child has and make sure the school nurse is aware of these food allergies. Please list any special requests in “additional comments.”

The cost for a breakfast meal is $2.25 and it is charged to your student's meal account.  If your student is approved for free and reduced meals, there will be no charge for a breakfast meal but an order must be placed via the form below to receive the meal and must include three (3) items per daily order.  If you ordered a breakfast meal but your student is absent, your student's account will not be charged. A la carte items will be charged accordingly regardless of meal status.

This form is for ordering purposes only.  Payments can be made online at  PayschoolsCentral.com.  WW-P Food Services also accepts cash or check if placed in an envelope with the student's name and PIN number.  Please send exact amount; no change will be provided.  If amount is not exact change, the balance will be placed in the student's meal account.
