mClub is A Grant Giving DAO focused on the Mirror Ecosystem, We have very ambitious plans for season 3 and to execute and deliver on it we are hiring for two core team roles.

Mirror as a service (MaaS) Lead
*Refine the proposed service offering to align with mClub community direction
*Prototype this service with at least 3 projects on Mirror
*Cultivate a team of at least 2 more mClub community members. This team might include expertise in Mirror’s functionality, designing a crowdfund and/or project management.
Identify interesting new creators on Mirror that fit mClub’s mission and pitch community for potential backing
*Publicize mClub’s work with these creators and tell the story of what we’re learning
*Work with the core team to adjust season plans as needed
*Communicate transparently with the community
*Work with rest of core team and community to lead planning for Season 3, complete a retro/review of S3, and lead planning for Season 4
*In Season 4 propose objectives and budget for approval by the community
Community Lead
*Cultivate a team of at least 2 more mClub community members to support work
*Implement current onboarding flow while also having the freedom to refine or reinvent
*Implement and oversee mclub’s Inclusivity and Equity plan (including fellowship program)
*Work with the core team to adjust season plans as needed
*Communicate transparently with the community
*Work with rest of core team and community to lead planning for Season 3, complete a retro/review of S3, and *lead planning for Season 4
*In Season 4 propose objectives and budget for approval by the community
Compensation:
The compensation for each role will be 1 eth/month + 100 $mClub per month for meeting the minimum responsibilities. The duration will be of 4 months with potential to continue (3 months for season 3 + 1 month offseason.
Selection Process:
We will select top two candidates for each role after the interviews and then, community will choose the respective person for each role through a Snapshot vote.
