Black SiS Partnership Intake form
Nearly 50% of Black women drop out of STEM majors by sophomore year. Black women constitute only 2 percent of STEM jobs. A statistic that has been stagnant since 2018. Black women struggle at every stage of the STEM pipeline. It’s not due to lack of desire, or capacity, it’s to lack of support. Black Women represent the largest unserved market and largest disruptive force in business. Black Sisters in STEM is solving this problem. We uniquely address the pipeline and pathway problem for Black women in STEM.

Black Sisters in STEM (Black SiS) is on a mission to build the largest talent pipeline of Black college women in STEM globally.  From Nairobi, Kenya to Brooklyn, NY we are building a community that the world has never seen.
