"Sonny ist ein Computerwissenschaftler, der an einem hochkarätigen Projekt arbeitet: die Erschaffung einer künstlichen Lebensform, die noch auf einer virtuellen Insel eingeschlossen ist. Als das Leben von Sonnys neugeborenem Sohn von einer seltenen Krankheit bedroht wird, wendet er sich an seine virtuelle Schöpfung und bittet sie um Hilfe. Damit bringt er eine Kettenreaktion in Gang, die das Ende der Welt bedeuten könnte…”

Dieser Film ist eine internationale Koproduktion von 8horses (CH), Perron X (CH), Unafilm (D) und Revolver (NL). Die Sprache des Filmes wird Englisch.

Drehzeitraum Region Basel ist vom 05. Juli 2022 - 16. Juli 2022

Das Engagement wird mit mindestens CHF 40.- bis zu 80.- vergütet und für Verpflegung auf dem Set ist gesorgt.

Um Filmszenen lebendig und glaubwürdig zu gestalten braucht es viele Menschen. Hinter und vor der Kamera.
Du wirst neben den Schauspielenden im Bild sein und somit Teil der Geschichte werden. Damit wir Dich richtig einsetzen können brauchen wir noch einige Informationen zu dir!

Thank you for your interest in participating in the new film "Electric Child" by Simon Jaquemet (Chrieg, The Innocent).

The plot in short:
"Sonny is a computer scientist working on a high-profile project: the creation of an artificial life form locked on a virtual island. When the life of Sonny's newborn son is threatened by a rare disease, he turns to his virtual creation for help. In doing so, he sets off a chain reaction that could mean the end of the world..."

This film is an international co-production by 8horses (CH), Perron X (CH), Unafilm (D) and Revolver (NL). The language of the film will be English.

Shooting period Basel region is from 05 July 2022 - 16 July 2022.

The involvement will be compensated with at least CHF 40.- up to 80.- per day and catering on the set will be provided.

It takes a lot of people – behind and in front of the camera – to make film scenes feel lively and credible.
You will be in the frame right next to the actors and thus become part of the story. But to get the best out of you, we need some information first!
