The 6 Viewpoints with Gabriela Petrov

This workshop will take place on: March 16th and 17th, 10:00AM - 6:00PM, location TBA. Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. The, price to participate in this workshop is $40.

The Viewpoints is a physical training method that helps artists connect with and express their full creative potential. In this workshop, participants will be guided through the Viewpoints approach in a full-bodied way to explore how it can support their own unique artistic practice. The Viewpoints approach can be applied by performers, directors, designers, and writers. Anyone interested in engaging their body and deepening their awareness will find value in this workshop.

In this workshop, participants will gain…

-        deeper spatial awareness

-        stronger improvisational movement skills

-        compositional tools that support the creation of dynamic performance work

-        a physical and conceptual understanding of an internationally recognized and practical approach to performance

Participants must wear comfortable clothes and are asked to participate barefoot. If that is not an option, please bring indoor shoes.
