Additional fees may be assessed after
event if facility is not left in the same general state of cleanliness as it
was rented. Facility is expected to be: picked up after event, floors swept,
spot mopped for any spills, all table(s)/chair(s), etc back to original
location(s), and garbage taken out. If you would prefer not to do the necessary
housekeeping items yourself, please indicate that below and a fee of $40.00/hour
of rental (minimum of 2 hours) will be added to your building usage fee.
Note: If any of the above items are not
completed after your event, a fee of $40/hour (minimum 2 hours) to complete
cleanup will be assessed and billed.
