Luther Springs Summer Staff Reference Form
The person who has sent you this has applied for a position on the summer staff at Camp Luther Springs. Luther Springs is one of four sites of NovusWay Ministries. NovusWay is supported and operated by the North Carolina, South Carolina, Southeastern and Florida/Bahamas Synods of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. We have a stellar staff at Luther Springs and are seeking the best of the best to join them. We need staff who will guide youth in grades one through twelve in an experience in Christian living and learning. This requires young adults who have maturity, a growing faith, healthy relationships, good boundaries, high energy, a willingness to work hard, and integrity. Your evaluation of the applicant will assist us to employ the best people possible for this amazing opportunity.

Your responses should be based on your answers to these questions: "Would I want this person working with/for me in a position of responsibility?" and, "Would I want this person as a counselor for a child I love?" Your appraisal will be kept confidential.
