We are excited to celebrate Carver Museum's Inaugural Juneteenth Festival on June 15 from 11 am-3 pm! We want to provide an educational and festive experience for all attendees and welcome local organizations that serve Arizona's Black communities.
If your organization would like to host a community booth during the event, please review the requirements below and submit your application today! Once your application is submitted, Carver staff will review and reach out to confirm if your organization was selected to host a booth.
Community Booth Requirements:
- Must either be a Black-led organization or serve Black communities in Arizona
- Must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization
- Must provide two representatives to be present for the duration of the event (10 am-3 pm)
- Must provide an engaging Juneteenth-themed activity and informational resources about your organization
- Must pay a $50 fee to host your table (once approved and confirmed by Carver staff)
