IF:Crestview Registration

There are 2 steps to complete in order to register for IF:Crestview...

1. Complete the Registration through this Google Form.

2. Pay your $35 Attendee Fee (check or credit card) 

Check payment - Mail or drop off a check (payable to Crestview Presbyterian Church). Please include IF:Crestview in the memo of your check and the name of all attendees for whom you are paying.

Credit Card  - To pay with a credit card:
  1. Click on THIS LINK  
  2. Select "Give one time" in the Gift type dropdown menu.   
  3. Select IF: Crestview Registration in the Fund dropdown menu.
  4. Enter $35.00 for the amount under Give.
  5. If you can, please select add 2.2% to contribute to the cost of credit card processing when prompted.
