6.1040 Assignment Commit Submission Form (Fall 2023)
For each assignment starting from Assignment 1 onwards, this form will act as your assignment submission. In addition to publishing your assignment on your static site, you must submit this form to have your assignment graded. The form will ask you to give the final GitHub commit hash of your assignment. When you give us this commit, you are certifying that you have not and will not edit your assignment after that commit.

If you update the assignment before the deadline, you can edit and resubmit this form. Every time you submit the form, you'll get an emailed copy of it. To resubmit, click the "edit response" button in that email. (If you just reopen the form link from the assignment page, it will create a new submission.) If you submit this form after the assignment deadline, we will ignore your submission. Please make sure to create a new submission for each assignment; only edit a previous submission if you are re-turning-in the same assignment.

E-Mail-Adresse *
Name *
Student Email *
This email question is for our records, so it should be your .edu student address (yourkerb@mit.edu if you're an MIT student).
Assignment *
Portfolio URL *
A link to the assignment on your portfolio, e.g. 61040-fa23.github.io/portfolio-your_github_username/assignments/assignment-1
Git Commit Hash
*
The git commit hash is a 7-character string, like "abcd123". If you're on the homepage of your git repo, you can see it at the top right of the list of files; it's also listed on the right of each commit in the full list of commits.
I confirm that the commit hash above represents the last time I published edits to my assignment to my static site. I understand that if I am found to have edited my assignment in any later commit, that will be an honor code violation and I may face disciplinary action.
