Use this form to register your school to participate in the 2022 Southeast Minnesota & Western Wisconsin Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Send payment separately to our fair treasurer listed at the bottom of the form.
Registration deadline for projects and papers is February 11, 2022.

In addition to submitting this form, it is necessary to submit the following:

For Each Student, a Student Registration Form (online)
For Each Project an Abstract and all necessary forms (see Checklist for Teachers form)
Appropriate payment for your school (see Checklist for Teachers button)
