Nomination form spring meeting Computer Science 2023
The nomination committee is tasked with finding suitable candidates for the new board. In this form, you can anonymously "nominate" someone else who you think would be a good fit for a certain post! The nomination committee may then contact the person if they are interested in the position and begin the interview process.  Note that it is not the election committee that appoints the board, but only presents candidates at the fall meeting that the nomination committee has nominated. This form thus functions more as a way for section members to advise the selection committee about suitable candidates.

Also remember that it is the meeting participants who have the power to actually vote on the new board at the fall meeting. Even if the nomination committee does not nominate your candidate, they can also stand as candidate on the spot at the fall meeting.
