Standing Rib Roast
Whole (7 rib) - $14/lb.
Half(3 or 4 rib) - $15/lb.
All standing rib roasts will be carved off the ribs and retied. Please select the prime rib portion(size) you wish to order. Whole rib roasts average 18 lbs. and 3 to 4 rib roasts range between 8-10lbs. If you would like a special order or multiple of one cut, please specify below in "Other"
