Join us for a fantastic voyage on the Carnival Cruise Lines - Elation for 4 days to the Bahamas, Thursday, April 10 - Monday, April 14, 2025. This cruise is open to all graduates of D.M. Therrell High School, family, friends and supporters.  Organizers of the THS Bahamas Cruise are Melanie Barnes Boyd THS Class of 1975, Corliss Usher Royal, THS Class of 1975, Cheryl Lee, GCBCC, Sharon "Freda" Johnson, THS Class of 1975, Wanda Thornton Rucker, THS Class of 1975, and Cheryle Moses THS Class of 1975.

Our partner organizations for this trip are Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (UMFF), Gwinnett County Black Chamber of Commerce, and  Black Gwinnett Magazine.

For those entrepreneurs on the trip, Gwinnett County Black Chamber of Commerce has arranged business networking events with Black business owners in the Bahamas while we are there. 

On this cruise, we will relax, enjoy each other, make international business connections, and have a party with a purpose mindset! Let's get it!

Before we leave for the cruise, we are spending an optional Wednesday night in Jacksonville with a hospitality event with wine and giveaways the day before the cruise to the Bahamas. We will also have flight and van/bus transportation options available.
