I understand that acceptance of registration confers with it the right of my child to attend training sessions at times which will be determined by the coaches and committee of the club as well as social functions and other activities which may be organised. I agree that this registration does not imply any obligation on any coach or other individual within Newquay AFC Youth to select my child to play association football in any competitive capacity within any league, cup, shield or friendly fixtures. I understand that failure to pay the club registration fees in FULL by notified deadlines promulgated by the club, may result in the players omission from participation in competitive fixtures until payment is received in full.

I agree to my child becoming a member of Newquay AFC Youth for the season 2023/2024. I understand that Codes of Conduct apply within the club and these are applicable to both player and spectator behaviour.

I understand that Newquay AFC Youth will not use my child’s or my own details for any purposes other than those which support the aims of the club. I understand that these details will not be made available to any person(s) other than officials of the club and coaches without my permission except in circumstances required by law. All personal data collected will be disposed of by club officials/coaches and will not be stored on personal devices.

Individual player and parent information will be stored on the FA Whole Game Player Registration System, which is compliant in line with the relevant UK data protection legislation.

Newquay AFC Youth GDPR Policy and Club Privacy Statement can be obtained at any time by contacting the club committee either directly or via a team coach.

Newquay AFC Youth is committed to the privacy of players and parent/guardians and understands that there may be circumstances that prohibit the photographic or video graphic recording of members of our club. I understand that by registering my child with Newquay AFC Youth I am required to advise my team coach of any concerns regarding the taking of photographs and or videos of my child at the earliest opportunity and that any subsequent concerns can be discussed with the clubs incumbent Welfare Officer in the first instance.
