Clean-up is a group effort. Any person that can, should stay after to help wash dishes, clean counters, empty coffee.  

Coffee: Arrive by 10:10am, fill the pots with water, add coffee grounds to the right pot and plug everything in. Tidy up the cups and other accouterments. Coffee pots should be turned on right before service starts. 

Greeter: Arrive by 10:10am, put on a name tag, be in the foyer and greet everyone who comes  in with a smile, handshake, hug or all of the above. Introduce yourself to new faces, help them  fill out a name tag and have them to sign the visitor log. If they have children who will be attending RE services, have them fill out the pink half sheet for RE services. * After greeting visitors, be sure they know the location of the restrooms, about coffee hour after the service, and if they have children, introduce them to an RE representative. .

Usher: Arrive by 10:10am, put on a name tag, confirm there are usher baskets by the door, grab  a stack of orders of service and give one to each person or family while standing at one of the  entrances to the sanctuary. Introduce yourself to new faces.

Snack Provider: Provide a variety of snacks. Before the service ends, display the snacks on  plates/bowls, add serving utensils and set out napkins/plates on the kitchen window counter. Label food as gluten-free, vegan, allergen, and dairy-free  snacks as needed. *
