Payment and Fees
To rent the entire Oktoberfest tent OR the entire mezzanine, we require a rental fee of $300 for the first 2 hours, and $100 per additional hour. Additionally, we will require a minimum host tab depending on the number of guests (on average $8-10/guest) + 18% gratuity.

Deposit/Payment: 100% of facility fee is required, as a deposit, at the time the event agreement is signed. Host may pay in person, or provide credit card information over the phone. 

Cancellation: The deposit is fully-refundable up to 48-hours prior to the event. Any cancellation within 48-hours will receive an 80% refund. All cancellations must be made by emailing events@bunnymanbrewing.com.
Outside Food and Beverage
Host may bring in food/catering. There will be a food truck onsite during regular business hours, many of which can provide catering services. Event manager can provide contact information, if requested. Please confirm with Bunnyman if you will be bringing in catering. ABSOLUTELY no outside alcohol is permitted. Bunnyman Brewing has house-made sodas on tap, as well as cans of soda, sparkling water, etc for purchase.

Reminder - host must provide all serving, catering, and eating utensils, as well paper products (napkins, plates, etc.). Bunnyman does not have these items on site.
Other Event Details

Check in with manager on duty when you arrive to begin your event, set up your tab, and receive your tap wall cards if you are having one host tab. Host may distribute tap wall cards to guests, Bunnyman can provide baskets with signage to contain your cards. 

Bunnyman will provide assistance with set-up and breakdown of the event, and will provide bussing services during and after the event.

All decorations and catering equipment must be removed by host following your event. Note: No glitter or confetti is permitted.


FACILITY/SPACE RENTAL INFORMATION

Brewery Indoor Space

Mezzanine -  Seating for ~55, standing not to exceed 75

  • Square, rectangle, and round low tables.
  • Self pour taps (9 taps)

Main Level - Seating for ~60, standing not to exceed 100

  • 4 low tables. 9 high tables. 2 bar areas with stools.
  • Self pour taps (18 taps)

Brewery Outdoor Space: 

  • Oktoberfest Tent - Seating for ~80 people; standing capacity 100-120 people.
  • Other Outdoor Space - Seating for ~35
  • Beer Trailer, if available/onsite,  includes 9 exclusive taps, potential customization of kegs available for events.
